Jenny Tuntland was born and raised in the Chicago area and is currently working towards her BFA in Visual Communications at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her design process begins by hand via sketching and mind mapping, often altering these ideas digitally once matured. Her portfolio contains a collection of various areas of design; print, website, and interactive design, as well as letterpress printing.
Her work is inspired by the contemporary display of information through symbolism and structured arrangement of typography. Final products reveal contextual research and materiality of the subject matter.
