When you log into the Patron Portal https:\/\/saic.webcheckout.net\/sso\/patron <\/a>you’ll need to select the Advanced Output Center.<\/p>\n

When you log into the AOC you should see this “Message of the Day” textbox. The tutorial just links back to this page.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\n

Dismissing the message of the day will get you show you all the items available for reservation.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\n

Select the item you wish to reserve. If you click the clock<\/strong> icon next to the category, you can see which items are available. In this example, AOC-27-3D print kit is not available as it is checked out.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\n

Add the item you wish to check out and click on the cart on the right. You’ll see this cart screen. Click “Create Reservation”.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\n

When you review your reservation, you can select the time you wish to pick it up and how long you can have the item. All items can be checked out for up to 7 days. You’ll also need to supply us with a locker combo. Items will be placed in a set of lockers outside of the AOC.<\/p>\n

If you see any errors at the bottom, you’ll need to resolve those before you can continue.<\/p>\n

Click on the menu in the upper left corner and click on “My Account”.<\/p>\n

Here you can see any upcoming reservations you have.<\/p>\n

\n

When staff have processed your order, you’ll get an email that says “Pick Up Confirmed”. At this point your item is available in a locker outside of the AOC with the combination you supplied. The locker number is listed in the email. If you do not see this email, check your SPAM folder.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you revisit the “My Account” Page you can also see the item under “My Current Checkouts”. If you click on this you can get more details.<\/p>\n

The additional details will remind you of the locker combo you selected and what locker the items are in. You have about 30 minutes around your selected time to pick up the item.<\/p>\n

Now you can head to the AOC to retrieve your items. Find the locker listed in the email, unlock with the combo you supplied and take the items. Leave the lock unlocked<\/strong> and inside the locker. Feel free to close the door. Staff will retrieve the lock on the next fulfillment period.<\/p>\n

When it comes time to return the items, place them in the mailbox next to the lockers. During our Make Ready modifications, we’ll check this bin every hour. During normal operations we’ll return the items the next morning.<\/p>\n
