Regardless of form, she strives for clarity and accessibility, with challenging content and a lot of dark humor.\u00a0 Thomas consistently plays with narrative and experiments with ways of imploding\u00a0storytelling. An active founder member of The Exploding Cinema Collective, an anarchic non-profit film- and video-makers group that hosts unconventional screening events, Thomas brings us a program of Exploding Cinema work. The program includes <em>4 Ways He Tried To Tell You<\/em> (1999), Thomas\u2019s \u201cvideo about the thing that won\u2019t go away,\u201d Andrew Kotting\u2019s <em>Kingdom Protista <\/em>(1999), a fantastical puppet and computer animation nightmare, and Paul Tarrag\u00f3\u2019s <em>Moving Back From the Beyond <\/em>(2002), a tale of the dead considering the possibility of return.
