With these bottles, I have made a shoe to represent how my meds have held me up. For some background, I have Pots also know as Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome is a condition that affects circulation (blood flow). In this video, you can see the effects of pots. If you look closely my foot beings to purple because of the blood pooling in my legs.
