Musa Ghaznavi is a multidisciplinary artist from Lahore, Pakistan. His practice draws from myriad experiences and takes a diversity of forms.
Across mediums, his work is rooted in an enduring preoccupation with the human body, the passage of time, history and humanity. His artistic practice serves to deconstruct these experiences into sublime imagery that forms part of a collective memory. Through composition and the application of colour, his paintings create their own stories of cultural heritage and situate themselves within the landscape of memories.
He completed his BA in Visual Arts and Drama at Bennington College, Vermont (2020) and is currently pursuing his M.Des from the School of the Art Institute Chicago, Illinois.
