I approach every work that I create with a sense of nostalgia and visual story telling in mind. Historical films and artistic design movements have always been a source of interest to me. I am motivated to create a variety of scenes which can be dramatic through the use of a strong pose or elements of setting. In other scenes, I try to be more subtle as if the viewer is passively looking out a window at everyday life. My work has a cinematic quality through the use of body language, costume, architecture and mood.
