{"id":41,"date":"2023-03-22T15:24:13","date_gmt":"2023-03-22T15:24:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.saic.edu\/figuremodels\/?page_id=41"},"modified":"2024-10-22T16:23:26","modified_gmt":"2024-10-22T16:23:26","slug":"late-arrivals","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.saic.edu\/figuremodels\/late-arrivals\/","title":{"rendered":"Late Arrivals, Absences &amp; Alternative Resources"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"color: #ec0b88\"><b>What to do if a Figure Model has not arrived at the scheduled time<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If a Figure Model has not arrived 15 minutes after the confirmed start time email <\/span><a href=\"mailto:saic-figuremodels@artic.edu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">saic-figuremodels@artic.edu<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Allow the Figure Model Coordinator time to respond.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If for any reason the scheduled Figure Model is not able to come in, the Figure Model Coordinator will do their best to find a replacement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If a replacement can not be found the Figure Model Coordinator will be able to report back within an hour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Faculty should not contact a model directly to ask questions or make any arrangements pertaining to work at SAIC<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Average Full Day Figure Model Shift<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>8:30am<\/strong> model expected to arrive on campus<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>9:00am<\/strong> model arrives to classroom robed and ready for posing<br \/>\n<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">15 minute paid break at morning midpoint<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>11:30am-12:30pm<\/strong> lunch break (instructors should not ask the model to work during lunch)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>12:30pm<\/strong> model arrives back in classroom ready to pose<br \/>\n<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">15 minute paid break at afternoon midpoint<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>3:00pm<\/strong> class wraps up<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>3:00pm-3:30pm<\/strong> model expected to return sheets and cushions to the changing room and pack up<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Average Evening Figure Model Shift<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>5:30pm<\/strong> model expected to arrive on campus<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>6:00pm<\/strong> model arrives to classroom robed and ready for posing<br \/>\n<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">15 minute paid break at midpoint<br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>9:00pm<\/strong> class wraps up<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>9:00pm-9:30pm<\/strong> model expected to return sheets and cushions to the changing room and pack up<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What to do if a Figure Model has not arrived at the scheduled time If a Figure Model has not arrived 15 minutes after the confirmed start time email saic-figuremodels@artic.edu Allow the Figure Model Coordinator time to respond.
