  • This text will appear at the top of your page. This could be a short bio, artist statement, project statement, a summary of your practice, or a brief introduction to the material presented. (150 words max)


  • Select your preferred individual page template.

    Below you can select the template that best showcases your work. You'll then add corresponding images, text, and embedded content (such as videos, sound, or pdfs,) to fill in the designated areas (numbered boxes).
    A few notes about how these templates work:
    1. When you submit your content below, you will designate which image, video, etc goes into which numbered box.
    2. You have the option to not fill every designated area within a template. If you do not provide content for a numbered box, that area will collapse and not appear on your page. However, we do not have the ability to add content types/area beyond what is already laid out in the template.
    3. Boxes designated for images are locked in terms of width. If you submit an image with a different proportion than the designated box, the height of the box will adjust to match your image. Your image will not be cropped.
    4. Areas designated for embedded content can be used for video, sound, or PDF readers. In each case your file will be hosted external to the site, and linked so that it appears within the designated box.

  • External Link
    Submit the external link that will be featured on your individual page below. If you would like your link to exist as a text hyperlink add the "text" with your link.
    Example: www.google.com “This is where it begins”

  • Images

    Submit up to 10 images to appear on your page. Rename all files with your last name and template placement number before uploading (i.e. lastname_1.jpg, lastname_2.jpg). Images should be no larger than 2000px on its longest side, 72dpi, and no larger than 1mb.

    (If your selected template does NOT include images, please provide one image that will function as a featured image and appear as a thumbnail link to your page from other sections of the website.)

    Provide a caption for each image that includes title, date, materials, dimensions, and image credit if applicable. You also have the option to add a text description of up to 100 words for each image.

  • Embedded Content

    Submit up to 4 pieces of embedded content to appear on your page. For video or sound works, please provide a Vimeo link, YouTube link, or Soundcloud link. For the embedded PDF viewer please provide a link to ISSUU PDFs. For GIF files please provide a link after you have uploaded your file to Giphy. For specific instructions on embedded content please refer to the specifications for content submissions guide here.

    Provide a caption for each video/sound/PDF work that includes title, date, materials/medium, dimensions/duration, and additional credits if applicable. You also have the option to add a text description of up to 100 words.

  • Text-based Content
    Submit the written content for your Individual Page below.
  • After copying your text into this form, please insert the following designations within the body of your text to communicate your desired formatting:
    • Indicate the title of your text: [TITLE]
    • If you chose the template that integrates images and text, please designate the location of images within the text: [IMAGE #__ HERE]
    If your text includes a significant amount of italics and specialized formatting, your work may be better served by submitting a PDF to be embedded through ISSUU a text reader. Please be in touch with Exhibitions Department staff if you have questions about this process.


  • Downloadable Content
    If you would like visitors to be able to download a PDF from your page, please use this section to submit up to four PDF files. Each PDF should be no larger than 1MB. All templates can accommodate this option.

  • Full Project Description

    This text will appear in the last section on every Individual Page and is the space for you to add a longer artist’s statement, bio, or description of your project(s) or overall practice.


  • Index

    The website will include an index that allows visitors to view the list of participants organized by last name, by degree, by department, and by type of media included in the work. In this section of the form select those designations that apply to you.
