Elle White is a filmmaker, photographer and musician currently based in Chicago, Il. Her work focuses upon human sexuality, identity, and the lives and experiences of marginalized groups, while combining it with abstract and sensory imagery that has its connections to these topics as well as reality. She regularly utilizes analog film or antiquated forms of video (such as DV and VHS) in order to capture the worlds and realities she either creates or recreates, bolstered by her ability to reconfigure the technical parameters and format of these mediums so she can create more unorthodox and spontaneous explorations when she creates a piece.
