Emily is an animator and filmmaker from Troy, Ohio currently residing in Chicago, IL. While specializing in 2D digital hand animation, she has also made works using stop-motion with hand-made puppets, CGI programs such as Maya and Blender and analog (16mm) film. Emily is passionate about narrative character-driven stories and enjoys bringing complex worlds and interesting characters to life using animation. While Emily focuses on the medium of film, her passion for animation extends to television and video games alike and she one day hopes to work professionally in any of those fields.
