Joanne Mae Que Lagazo
Joanne Lagazo is an aspiring architect interested in community engagement, urban planning, and interactive design. She believes that architecture can promote equity and accessibility for all, nurture thriving communities, and connect people back to nature through sustainable design principles. She strives to build a career path aligned with these architectural values and principles.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kentucky (2021). She has gained experience in an architectural firm, primarily working on K-12 projects. She is currently pursuing her Master of Architecture at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, graduating in May 2024.
