Master of Design in Designed Objects

I believe that design is a language of creativity and it’s the creative process that gives meaning to world changing design. As somebody who has their roots in science with an innate curiosity for the world, I feel that it’s far easier for me to be a curious person that asks a lot of questions to figure out how something works and how it impacts someone. Through my journey, I have learnt a lot about the design process and observed aspects of material creation and product development. This knowledge coupled with creative skills, pushed me to look at materials and products in a different light. It made me focus on ‘growth over assembly.’ I have seen the world through a microscopic lens and am constantly learning to see it from a designer’s perspective as well. My vision of art and design constitutes the components of nature, the physicality of science, the impact of human emotion and a vision for the future.

Growing as a designer has taught me that I am someone who has a strong hold over thorough research and ideation leading to unique concept generation, something that I believe is of great importance in the current and future design landscape. As I continue to chart my path in the design landscape, I remain steadfast in my commitment to innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration. My goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of design, forging new paths, and leaving an indelible mark on the future.
