Spencer Farrell is a queer, interdisciplinary studio artist primarily working with lens-based media, both in still and moving image variants. Tied to the environment around them, their work is concerned with the perpetual mediation between internal and external realities. A blending of narrative and documentary results in an experimental meditation of daily human life and space. The use of analog processes ground their work, bringing a physicality and presence with the captured moment both during and after the exposure.
