Sydney Violet Gray is a writer, director and storyboard artist from Austin, Texas and a graduating film student at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. As a lover of horror and as a transgender filmmaker, her interests lie in using the horror genre to make transgressive horror films that explore themes relating to trans identity. Her short film ‘Stagmite’ is a horror movie about a trans girl moving in with two cis roommates.
