At any time if you feel that the jobs are not being calculated correctly please alert us in the Special Instructions section and we will make sure the total is correct.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>If the files are not submitted correctly we will not be able to process your job and will ask that you re-submit. This will be a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.saic.edu\/servicebureau\/pdfpreset\/\"><strong>PDF (Click for PDF Settings)<\/strong><\/a>, single pages with crop and bleed marks included. Files larger than 400mb must be uploaded to a Google Drive link which can be inserted by clicking Add Files &gt; Other.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quantity:\u00a0<\/strong>The final number of books you will be ordering. <strong>There is a 10 book maximum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pages:<\/strong> We have a 40 page minimum for Perfect Bound books. This means that your book will be 20 sheets of paper.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Final Width and Height: <\/strong>The size of your book once it is finished. This should be the size you created in you InDesign file.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Body-Media Options:<\/strong> The paper we offer for the body of your book. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If you have multiple papers or something not on this list you are wanting to use. Please see a technician before submitting your job.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cover-Media Options:\u00a0<\/strong>Here are the paper options for the cover of your book.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cover File:<\/strong> This is where you will upload the cover file for your book. This will be a PDF, with crop and bleed marks. The size will be dependent on the size of your book and the spine width.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lamination: <\/strong>$5\/book for either Glossy or Matte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special Instructions<\/strong>: This will be an area to put any extra information about your book. You will also receive an email to your SAIC email regarding your order number and confirmation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you do not receive an email then your order did not go through. If you are having issues submitting please try refreshing and closing the browser and checking your cart.
