At any time if you feel that the jobs are not being calculated correctly please alert us in the Special Instructions section and we will make sure the total is correct.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>If the files are not submitted correctly we will not be able to process your job and will ask that you re-submit. By clicking on <strong>Add Files<\/strong> you can begin the uploading process which we will go over in detail below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Last Name, First Name<br \/>\n<\/strong>This will be how we track your job throughout the printing process. There will be three options for uploading files: uploading directly from your computer&#8217;s desktop, accessing a saved file and Other. In the next window you will have the opportunity to save these files\u00a0for use in later orders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Please be aware of specific file requirements for each type of product and process before uploading. We will not begin your job until we have the correct file type.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Once you have checked the <strong>Upload Files<\/strong> button you will be directed to the Finder window. Choose your file and click <strong>Open. <\/strong>A second window will open displaying your file name, the file size and number of pages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">There are three check boxes to pay attention to:<br \/>\n<strong>Create PDF previews<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0Already checked by default this will allow you to see your file in the Preview Window\u00a0while you continue your order. The original file will still be uploaded for our technicians to work with. If the file size is very large it may require you to uncheck the PDF Preview button.
