Jessica (Yu-Jeong) Yang is an artist-designer from South Korea. She received her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at Buena Vista University and a Master of Design from School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Individual body of works represents current status of healing process of a specific event. Installed sculptures narrate her personal stories, which serve as catalyst for the investigation of what a healing process is. Her expression of layers of time, memories, and objects are put into sculptural forms that are curated into a story frame.

Within her works, she cooperate her experiences in medicine/science, fine art, and textile/pattern design into her works.
