While reflecting on the breathtaking ossuaries (churches built using human bones) from all around Europe and the Catacombs underneath, I wanted to see what these structures would look like on the human body. These masks are made using a fox skeleton, creating dynamic patterns and shapes, similar to that of the ossuaries. Each bone in the body has a mate, but neither are exactly the same. I wanted to delve into the relationship between how we look at skeletal systems as art, or as an accessory.
