This piece is based on the concepts of tension and compression. Using the idea of repetition as well as childlike playfulness inspired by a Spirograph doodle, I created this garment with the intention of making its softness apparent. The triangles have the appearance of bursting out from a center point in all directions and the stuffed pyramids are compressed by anything that presses against them when the garment is worn.
