The collection explores the idea of recycling airplane parts and materials into durable and wearable fashion that can be later brought back to the aircraft industry. The focus is on high performance textiles as fire and water resistant fabrics, airplane insulation and fiberglass. Following designs are built with concepts and methods used in airplane construction, recreating and improving some materials for wearable construction.
