The Greek term for butterfly is “psyche,” which translates to “soul.” The immaculate soul of the “psyche” is liberated from mortality and embarks on an odyssey toward everlasting existence. I examined the varying dimensions of a butterfly’s wings using a microscope, analyzing the transition from the microscopic to the macroscopic level.
