Using the pronouns – They, Them, We ; L, Is a Chicago based Trans-disciplinary artist in their second year of Graduate Studio Practice Program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). Preferring to be considered a transdisciplinary artist, they experiment with a variety of mediums. Creating from the foundation that everything is interconnected at an atomic level, much of their work merges conceptual ideas around personal healing, community healing and social engagement. My practice as a Studio Artist, Anti–Racist Community Organizer, and a Holistic Healing Arts Practitioner with a focus in yoga, meditation, medicinal herbs, energy healing and spiritual wellness centers concept of healing as an integral part of collective liberation.
