The Graduate Exhibition is a culminating presentation of MFA, MDes, and MArch candidates and an opportunity for new and ambitious work to be presented to the public in the new SAIC Galleries. The gallery is free and open to the public, and the exhibition will be on view from Monday, May 3 through Wednesday, May 19.

The IMPACT Performance Festival showcased performance work by MFA and BFA students, who were completing their degrees in the SAIC class of 2021. This year, the festival took place virtually over the weekend of Saturday, April 17 and Sunday, April 18.

The Film, Video, New Media, Animation, and Sound Festival will take place online from Monday, May 10 through Sunday, May 16.
Encounter the next generation of film, video, sound, and new media artists as SAIC MFA and BFA students present their thesis projects in this festival of innovative live-action shorts, animation, feature-length narrative and nonfiction works, and experimental pieces.
The festival will be hosted in collaboration with the Gene Siskel Film Center. A new program will premiere each evening of the festival and be available to view for a week on the Gene Siskel Film Center’s Eventive platform. The virtual festival is free and open to the public.
