Mary Cerney is a poet who dabbles in nonfiction, collage, and trying to keep her houseplants alive. She’s currently working on her first book, a hybrid-genre project which stitches together the archives of a century-old murder with her own struggles with family trauma and hereditary illness. She is an editor for The Guild Complex Presents Exhibit B, a virtual text-based performance series, and she lives in Chicago with her husband and their dog.
