Emilia Mello is a Brazilian-American artist and filmmaker who lives in São Paulo, Brazil. Her first feature documentary, SEM DEUS, SEM DEMÔNIO (NO KINGS), premiered at CPH:Dox 2020 and played at the True/False Film Festival 2021 and MoMA Doc Fortnight 2022 among others. Her work has received support from the Tribeca Film Institute, dok.incubator, and Visions du Réel.
