Paria Mirzaei is an Iranian artist and researcher. Paria received her MFA in design for emerging technologies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2023. Her work is dedicated to framing science and technology through the lens of art, with the goal of conceptualizing, and visualizing complex scientific concepts and turn them into things that can be easily understood. She is fascinated by the science of astronomy and in her work, she has incorporated painting, holograms as well as virtual reality to create a space in which people can see and feel the outer universe in a smaller scale.
Paria combines elements of perception and feeling in her work and creates designs that are not only aesthetic but are effective and intuitive.
