Reham Mohamed رِهام محمد


Master of Fine Arts in Studio, Printmedia

Interdisciplinary Designer, Artist, and Maker from Sudan based in Doha and Chicago. Reham holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar. She works within a contemporary graphic arts context, applying Design, Typography, Computational Art, Sound Design and Printmedia to the creation of printed matter, editioned objects, and digital play. Rehams’ work has been exhibited locally and internationally, including collaborative projects at Wieden+Kennedy Gallery in Tokyo, the Doha Firestation in Qatar, the Anderson Gallery in Richmond Virginia, New Radicalism Festival in Rotterdam as part of the New Voices from the MENA reading room, and Atelier Mondial as part of “DASEIN” a residency exhibition by Edition Basel in Switzerland. Her collaborative print work has been shown in artist book fairs in New York and Los Angeles and is included in the artist book collection in the Watson Library at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, The British National Library in London, College Library at the ArtCenter College of Design in California, and the Asia Art Archive in Brooklyn. Select works are distributed by The VCUarts Bowe House Press in Richmond; and Printed Matter, in New York. Currently Reham is a Masters of Fine Arts candidate in Printmedia at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
