Identity has always been a solid theme at the core of my visual work, but as we now shift into the singularity, my work explores identity and its agency. Thinking of the self as phenomena, material, and everything in between, I ask if identity is virtually grounded in a networked system. If so, how do we maintain a connection to our physical bodies? By exploring both analog and digital practices, identity is simultaneously constructed &/or deconstructed in &/or out of bodies, in both physical &/or virtual architectural spaces. This infinite process infuses cybernetic theory, music, art history, and glitch language as catalysts to shift the binary and expose hyphenated human conditions.
