Initially based out the Bay Area, Kevin Demery, has exhibited work at the Omiiroo Gallery in Oakland, CA, the Arts Incubator at University of Chicago and had work included in the 2017 Expo Chicago exhibition. He completed his BFA at California College of Arts in 2014 and will complete his MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago May of 2018. His work explores themes of childhood subjugation, American politics, race, and institutional inertia. He will also exhibit at Chicago Expo 2018.
