Wellness is not only taking care of my through exercise but also maintaining good mental health care as well.This project demonstrates how art activities for therapy can advocate a group and communities in supporting people who have trauma experiences and memories during the pandemic. It is not important to create with skills because how I can express myself to treat by making artwork in process.
It is not only focusing on self state of wellbeing but also thinking about groups or communities’ state of wellness. This project explores how to support people for wellbeing by making artwork in SAIC communities and groups.
