“Brainwaves in Pain” came about in the heat of the covid-19 pandemic as feelings of isolation and a loss of control in day to day life overcame me. The loss of a social life as well as schedule hit my personal psyche very hard. This experience allowed me to understand others mental health struggles outside and inside of the pandemic on a personal level.
Artist Statement
