The first word that comes to mind when considering the last two years is, divide; not just due to the pandemic but numerous systemic and political issues that were only amplified by COVID separation. The piece represents the hardships that come with coming back together after many have ostracized each other and have forgotten the meaning of community.

The work is two canvases perpendicular to each other with inverse color schemes connected together by string. On the paintings are depictions of numerous faces abstractly overlapping and connecting.
