Jackie Hernandez is a Mexican-American artist born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. She is pursuing her BFA in Animation at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work ranges in various forms of animation ranging from 2D computer animation, 2D stop-motion, and puppet animation. She is the creator and director of “For the Love of Paraphilia”, a stop-motion animated short scheduled to screen at the Gene Siskel’s Animation Festival in May 2019.
