Harpreet Chauhan is an aspiring architect with interests in community engagement, urban planning, and landscape architecture. She is currently pursuing her Master’s of Architecture at SAIC and will graduate in May 2023. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Western Michigan University (2019) and working in residential interior design, she desired to seek further education in architecture. During her time in graduate school, she has found a passion for creating spaces that improve the quality of one’s life, focusing on physical and mental well-being. She believes architecture has the power to be equitable and accessible to all, foster healthy communities, and connect us to our roots in nature through sustainable design. She strives to build a career that supports these values in architecture.
