Artist Statement

In my art and life I have always been between realms of performance and architecture. Legos, theatre, and gymnastics shaped my interest in story telling and space making. I came to SAIC and was introduced to the fine art community, where I was able to pursue a path to architectural licensure while studying human phenomenology in the form of spatial experiments. Some tantalizing clues of this work appear below, please peruse my website and instagram for more.

early sketch for "Vaulted Heart", colored pencil and graphite in notebook, trace paper
Mapping a handshake, a hug, and a conversation (early study for "Structure Party"), marker, brown paper
Mapping social space is fun!
