Working presently in rural Helena, Arkansas, Kelli is exploring her interest in community development and learning how to be a progressive component in a place with very few resources and opportunities. She’s a mixed media artist with a BFA in Photography from Memphis College of Art, and currently earning her MFA in Studio Art from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago. Her most recent installations and photographs question her limited understanding of the intersectionality of class, race, and gender within her new environment.
