Exhibition Statement as Preserved in the SUGS/SITE Archives:

Triple Play offers one the opportunity to participate in three interactive projects by Joel Alpern, Kathleen Kranack, and Kati Hanimagi. Each individual piece aims to challenge the viewer in one of the following ways: physically, morally, or emotionally. This triathalon of challenges is disguised a match, a carnival fishing game, and a prize ticket redemption center. In each of these pieces, the viewer is a necessary component, without whom the works could not function.
