C Psycology presents a recollection of childhood memories through atmospheric scenes at once ethereal and melancholic. Images draw upon a Romantic 19th-century aesthetic, evoking dream-like states through the careful depiction of light. Alluding to the writings of Proust, memory is expressed as mental time travel, a guide to the present, and a voyeuristic reference for future outcomes. Through figurative works and lyrical compositions, each artist allows viewers to explore a weakened and complicated sense of reality.
