Exhibition Statement as Preserved in the SUGS/SITE Archives:

The Proof Artists are working with print media and the multiple. They have developed an exhibition of original prints that fir entirely within a wallet. By nature, the wallet is a gallery for ephemeral printed material. Wallets travel with us as intimate items, and in our current consumerist environments, wallets serve as symbols of worth and wealth. This wallet will hold images, stickers, objects and ephemera for the viewer to hold, explore, and take with them.
