The artists in the exhibition are adapting to life in the United States since moving from Asia. With their unique background, their work draws from experiences of alienation, displacement, and integration into a new culture. The knowledge obtained by living in multiple cultures offers an alternate view on work that blends memories with the longing to fit in.
