Save as PDF | Print as Image option in Adobe Acrobat

If you receive an “ERROR: undefined ” message when you print these errors are Postscript error messages. These happen when the printer driver on your computer is unable to process the document into a printable file. This is usually a result of a corrupt document. We recommend saving the document as a PDF, printing with Adobe Acrobat, and if the error persists, in the Advanced section of the Adobe Acrobat Reader print dialog you can select ‘Print as Image’ which will almost always resolve the issue.

1. Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
   
2. Print…
   
3. Select Advanced.
   
4. Select Print as Image.
