We provide a dedicated print driver for the SAIC community to ensure that all necessary options for file setup are accessible when submitting files to the Service Bureau.
You will likely need to download the Service Bureau driver if you plan to create a Saddle Stitch Booklet larger than 11×17 (such as 12×18 or 13×19) and require the Print Booklet feature to include Crop Marks for cutting.

Simply click on the link and you will be directed to download a ZIP file to your computer.
Please NOTE: If you do not have a Mac OS device or prefer not to install the print driver, the computers located in the Sharp 11th Floor hallway outside of the Service Bureau have the necessary driver pre-installed.
An installer pkg file will be downloaded onto your computer.
Double click on the pkg file to launch the installer and follow the instructions to finish installing.
If you have had InDesign open you will most likely have to shut down InDesign and restart the program for the driver to show up in the list of printers on campus. You may even have to restart your computer for it to show up.

Once you have restarted you will see the SAIC Service Bureau in the drop down of the Adobe apps.
