All Payments will be conducted remotely and Order Pickups will be contactless.

You must have a valid ArtiCard and be able access to campus to pick up your order. All orders are placed in our contactless pick up cabinet with 1 hour of completion.

Orders are submitted via our Digital Storefront.

We will charge the designated account remotely once your order has been completed. The default payment method is ArtiCash. Orders charged to ArtiStaff or Department Cards must be pre-approved by your department admin.

You can login to DSF to check the status of your job and see your total for each job.

Whether you are on or off campus – you can check your balance here.

 


Payment is processed

Once you order is complete  – we will charge your card for the total.

If you do not have the funds –  we will send you a reminder notice. 

Your order will be delayed if we cannot charge your card at time of completion.

Orders cannot be picked up until payment is accepted.


Order Complete Email

Once payment is processed we an email with Pick Up information. 

Once payment is processed your order is marked complete and you will receive an email notification that we have taken payment and the order is ready for pick up. 

Your order is placed in the cabinet within 1 hour after you receive this email notification. 

All paid orders that are completed during our scheduled production times will be placed in the cabinet before staff leave for the day.  [ Monday through Friday :  9-5pm ]

Pick up at the Cabinet

-> There is no code or lock <-

Location: Lobby of 11th Floor of Sharp
(Across from elevators & next to VISCOM desk)

Access: The cabinet does not have a lock.
Can be accessed anytime as long as the Sharp building is open.

All Laser, Binding, Risograph prints are packaged in brown flat merchandise bags with your name and order number displayed. 

Smaller test strips and vinyl orders may be placed in the cabinet on one of the shelves.
Will be labled with your name and order number. 

Wide-format Latex/Inkjet prints and Vinyl orders will be rolled up in white butcher paper, labeled with your name and order number and placed in the wire racks to the right of the cabinet. 


 


Frequently asked questions

 

My order is not in the cabinet but I received an email it was completed.

Please make sure you have checked on all the shelves or the entire wire bin. Things can get shifted around and sometimes orders are stacked on top of each other. Take a minute to double check carefully. If you still don’t see your order please email us with the order number or stop by our office and knock on the door. If you received the ‘Order Complete’ email outside of business hours (9am-5pm) then your order will be in the cabinet by 9:30am the next business day.

 

How long do I have to pick up once it’s in the cabinet?

All print jobs must be picked up within 30 days of completion. If completed work is not picked up it will be recycled.. We send reminders to pick up but after that it will be recycled.

 

What if I don’t have the funds on my ARTICard when you try to charge for payment?

You will receive an email reminding you to add money to your card. Once you have added money to your card please let us know via email we are good to charge. We will take payment and then you will receive an email notification your order is completed.

 

How do I put money on my card?

You can deposit cash and have it immediately post to your ArtiCard account at one of the campus Value Transfer Stations. 

Or you can use the Self-Service to access your Financial account and the CASHnet system. This should be an immediate transaction.
