Spine thickness will depend on the number of pages in your book and the kind of paper you choose. This is just an estimate, we may ask that you edit and resend your cover file once the order is underway.
Hammermill 28# Text paper is recommended for the book body because it is a good balance of thickness and flexibility that still allows the book to open easily.
A 40 page document in InDesign will use 20 sheets of paper when printed double sided.
